Samsung Galaxy Note III reportedly to be the first plastic OLED display device for a IFA 2013 introduction

According to previous rumors, the Samsung Galaxy Note III would come with a 6.3-inch screen and an 8-core Exynos 5 Octa processor, which was only released on CES 2013. This has been very exciting news to all phablet fans. But according to the latest reports, people might get more excited. Aside from the 6” large screen display, the latest news from SamMobile shows that Samsung is to equip the Galaxy Note III with the world’s first plastic OLED screen, which means the Galaxy Note III would be the first plastic OLED screen device in the world. Meanwhile, for the official release date of Galaxy Note III, the reports leaked that the Note III would be introduced during IFA 2013 with an official Q4 release.

The plastic OLED screen substrate will make the whole device significantly thinner and lighter than the current handsets with glass substrate, the Galaxy Note II. SamMobile believes that thanks to this, the Note III will have a thickness of just 0.31" (8mm). In contrast, the Note II is 0.37" (9.4mm) thick. Another characteristic of this new plastic OLED would be that it's very, very tough. This kind of display is actually being called "unbreakable" by some, though we all know that there are few things in this world that our clumsy hands cannot break.

Leaked Apple iPhone 6 concept video shows a 4.5 inch screen display but no home button

Designer Ran Avni has released a video showing off his concept of what the Apple iPhone 6 will look like. Actually, it looks a lot like the Apple iPhone 5 although the screen has been stretched from 4 inches to 4.5 inches. It also is thinner with a smaller body than the iPhone 5 as the removal of the home button allows him to add extra real estate to the screen and make the overall phone smaller. The body of the phone is displayed in black and in aluminum.

The next iteration of the Apple iPhone is expected to come to market some time this year. One recent rumor has the phone being introduced at a special event on June 20th with a launch taking place a few weeks later. A low-cost version of the Apple iPhone, said to be coming to emerging markets, is expected to launch in July according to the speculation. Last week, Topeka Capital Market analyst Brian White said that his meetings with a "tech-supply chain company" has led him to expect the next iteration of the iPhone to be offered with two screen size options.

Twitter owned “We Are Hunted” music discovering service to release Twitter Music App for discovering songs

The social networking giant, Twitter, is expanding, with the imminent launch of a music service, the rumored Twitter Music App. The music home is currently still not able to be sign in. This new service would discover music, suggest artists and songs based on various factors, including who people are following on Twitter. The giant has confirmed to have bought We Are Hunted app, as part of its work on developing a music discovery app. Soundcloud, iTunes and Vevo will apparently do the heavy lifting when it comes to music and video playback, though -- the app won't be a digital music store.

Twitter has now given US celebrities a preview of the new service, hoping they will do the promotional work by tweeting positive reviews to their millions of followers. According to AllThingsD, the iPhone app, which will suggest artists and songs based on who you follow on Twitter, is available now but only for “really famous” individuals, like Seacrest, who tweeted that he was “playing with @twitter’s new music app (yes it’s real!)…there’s a serious dance party happening at idol right now.” The app, according to another Seacrest tweet, shows trending artists and up-and-coming groups. It also allows you to listen to music clips in the app through services like iTunes and SoundCloud.

Without doubt, the Motorola X Phone has become one of the most anticipated smartphones by now. There’ve been reports that the device was slated for release in late June or July, or even on the Google I/O conference.  However, this might be overthrown by the very recent reports. It looks like work on the mysterious Motorola X Phone is not going as quickly as hoped. The new word from reliable sources suggested that the release date has actually slipped to "August or later", though no word on why the release date has been pushed back.
Motorola X Phone
According to our source, the device is still in the early prototype phase. It is planned to be about a 1080p 4.7" display with a very thin bezel, and was described to look a lot like the leaked photo we saw a while back, so maybe that photo was a real shot of a prototype. The prototype did not have an SD card slot, as expected. And, it was running Android 4.2, but it was not pure stock, there were some small changes.

The Not-Facebook-Phone Facebook Home Released Officially to Be Able to Turn Any Android Smartphone into A Facebook Phone

The rumors and reports about an HTC-based Facebook phone have choked up people’s mind recently, especially for those Facebook fans. Now, finally Facebook unveiled this long anticipated Facebook Home to all people. Surprisingly, the freshly released Facebook Home is not a rumored Facebook phone manufactured by HTC exactly, but has the capability to turn any Android smartphone into a Facebook phone. Simply put, the fresh Facebook Home is an Android launcher - replacing the stock interface of an Android device it is installed on with a new one, built around Facebook social networking from the ground up.
Facebook Home

As Mark Zuckerberg himself puts it, Facebook Home is designed around people instead of prioritizing apps like other phone interfaces do. By doing so, the software aims to deliver a more personal experience to Facebook users. At the same time, it should be easy to use with its minimalist, simple interface. As soon as the phone is turned on, the user's list of notification appears with their profile picture at the bottom. Need to dismiss something? Then all it takes is a swipe to the side. Gone are the traditional home screens for placing widgets on. Instead, it's all information about whatever your friends are up to. A swipe up brings the list of all installed applications.

Motorola Xphone details confirmed by Motorola France, if not an April Fools’ Day joke

The reports about the Motorola Xphone have never stopped. There has been a lot of talk flying around about the Google selling the XPhone directly to consumers on a build to order basis that would allow users to customize the hardware (and presumably some aspect of the casing, like color). This hands down is the most exciting rumor we have heard so far and represents a ‘wow factor’ all be it of a very different sort than the one we were expecting. Just very recently on April 1st, there’s report suggesting that Motorola France has confirmed the details of Xphone. If this is not a joke for April Fools’ Day, many people would be cheered up.
