During the near past CES 2013, Sony had successfully
attracted a great deal of eyes by introducing the Xperia Z and Xperia ZL. Since the release event on CES, as the flagship of Sony, Xperia Z has
gained great interest around the world. However, the Sony Xperia ZL is no
slouch, as long as no water involved. If
you’re longing for an Xperia ZL, you’ve got the good news. Sony has officially added the Sony Xperia ZL to Sony U.S. web site. People could sign
up on this page to get when the smartphone is available for ordering. Besides the
black and white color options, a red version is also displayed.
Currently, the Xperia ZL has been confirmed to be launching
in Russia, Canada, Germany and US. There’s been no detailed information about
the Xperia ZL price. But it is believed the Xperia ZL would be mostly priced
the same as Xperia Z, which is reportedly to be priced equal to Samsung Galaxy Note 2. Sources indicate the phone will be sim-free
and will have LTE antennas available for several bands. The Sony web site lists
three colors for the device – red, black and white. The inclusion of the red
variant is a nice surprise after that color was shown at an event for South
East Asian markets.
