Samsung just
announced the invitation of a June 20 event in Lodon’s Earls Court 2, namely Samsung Premiere 2013 Conference, in
which Samsung promised to introduce new Galaxy and ATIV products. Samsung has
sent invitations to media presses. Along with the formal invitation are 3
concept images, which are supposed to be related to the next Galaxy and ATIV
products. On that day, Samsung would rent corresponding YouTube channel for
live streaming the conference.
It is quite possible that new Galaxy Note III, new Windows 8 laptop and a fresh Galaxy Camera would show
appearance in this conference. It is believed that the conference would focus
on 3 things: Galaxy Note III, ATIV ultrabook and Galaxy S 4 Zoom.
The Galaxy S 4 Zoom has been exposed on UAProf list by Mobileleaks
to be the replacement of Galaxy Camera, with a probable 16MP camera shooter. As
to the Galaxy Note III, it has been leaked on AnTuTu for several times. The final
codename of this device might be GT-N7200 (Galaxy Note III) with a 1.6GHz
processor (the same as that of Exynos 5 Octa on Galaxy S 4) and Android 4.3 Jelly Bean OS. Besides the same sized 1080P screen display as that of
Galaxy S4, Galaxy Note III will also come with 13MP camera and S-Pen. The US
version might get a Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 processor for a probable September
release by unconfirmed carriers yet.
The ATIV product line is Samsung’s smartphone based on
Windows Phone OS. But since the successor of Samsung smartphone with Android
OS, it seems that Samsung is not paying much attention to Windows Phone
smartphones. The last ATIV S is not brilliant as Galaxy S series.
These are just our guessing. We have to wait for the
official release on June 20.
