The next generation of Sony Play Station detailed specs exposed online with brand-new handles and multi-account

Just after the exposure of Xbox 720 specs, there emerged reports on the specs of next PlayStation, probably called PS4. A PS4 developing suite exposed more specs of PS4. In this new report, SurperDae, who once sold the Xbox 720 developing suite on eBay, shared some more than 90 pieces of PS4-related files. The next PlayStation is reported to be codenamed as Orbis. Let’s check the detailed specs of PS4 below.
- Developing code: #DVKT-KS000K;
- RAM: 8GB
- CPU: 4 AMD dual-core Bulldozer processor (8-core processor);
- GPU: AMD R10XX;
- Port: 4 USB3.0 ports and 2 Ethernet jacks;
- Drive: Blu-ray drive;
- Hard disk space: 160GB;
- Audio output: HDMI & Optical, supports 2.0, 5.1 and 7.1 channels;

The developing files include much information about the gaming controller, which is reported to adopt the same design and key layout as SIXAXIS & DualShock 3 controller. The controller would also include capacitive touchpad on the back, just like PS Vita, to support two-point touch control and physical keypad control. Aside, PS4 controller would also include RGB LED flashlight and unique “Share” button, sensation and vibration. The animal recognition technology would not be included in PS4.
Besides the controller, another shinning point is the multi-account log-in system. PS4 would allow multiple users to log in their own accounts on the same device to play games, and provide one-account-in-multiple-device log-in function for players. The above account function is only applicable to local games.

As for the price of PS4, you can know more detailed information by checking Xbox 720 and PS4 price report
