Since the official release of Samsung Galaxy S III, it’s been months. As the latest flagship of Samsung, Galaxy S
III has attracted people’s attention widely. However, it comes with the absence
of the Android Jelly Bean OS, which
makes it somewhat a little disappointing. Two weeks ago, Samsung has announced Android Jelly Bean update on Galaxy S III worldwide. But still some places and
regions have not received the installation package, like east Europe. Now, the
good news comes that Samsung Galaxy S
III Jelly Bean update is available for east European users.
According to the European user
feedback information, the update could be available via KIES update with a
total size of 282.5 MB. The update would include Google’s latest Project Butter
interface and support Google Now.
Poland,
Croatia, and Macedonia, Serbia and other east European regions would take the
lead to have Android 4.4.1 update. Upon
the server stability and response speed, Samsung may start the update in
different regions gradually. The current OTA upgrade is not available in UK and
other regions. At the same time, British KIES did not provide any new firmware
version.
