The price of the new iPad will start at $800, with WiFi connectivity, while the cellular network connectivity version would cost $929. Microsoft reportedly to launch and sell Surface Pro on February 9th in US and Canada beginning at $899

The RT version of Microsoft Windows 8 Surface has gained great popularity since its release. Now, finally the official sales date of the Microsoft Windows 8 Surface Pro has been confirmed. Microsoft has set February 9th to be the official sales date of Surface Pro in US and Canada. As for the pricing, it is reported that the new tablet would begin at $899 in these two countries for a 64GB model that comes with a Surface pen.
Microsoft Surface Pro

This new tablet runs on the Intel Core i5 processor instead of an ARM empowered processor on the Microsoft Surface RT.  Windows 8 is installed on the Microsoft Surface Pro making the device more like a laptop than a tablet although the Surface Pro does take its design cues straight from the Microsoft Surface RT.

Having said all that, the Microsoft Surface Pro will launch in the U.S and Canada on February 9th and pricing starts at $899 for a 64GB model that comes with a Surface pen. The pen includes technology that prevents an accidental palm touch from registering as an input on the screen. You can toss in another $119 for the soft Touch Cover that has the flat QWERTY keyboard and doubles as a protective cover, or for the same price you can obtain the Type Cover which has raised keys and acts more like the typical QWERTY that you might find on a desktop computer. This cover also protects your Microsoft Surface Pro tablet from harm and quickly attaches to your Surface Tablet.

The Microsoft Surface Pro will be available from Microsoftstore.com,, Best Buy, Staples and all of the retail outlets belonging to Microsoft. At the same time, Mr. Softy (as the company is known on Wall Street because of its ticker symbol-MSFT) has expanded the availability of the Microsoft Surface RT to other countries such as Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Ireland, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, and others.

Analysts: the next generation of 9.7 inch iPad will be thinner and lighter

According to analysis of KGI Securities analyst Ming - Chi Kuo, the next generation of 9.7" iPad tablet will learn from the design of iPad mini. He said the fifth generation iPad will get a big breakthrough in weight and thickness, compared to the New iPad and iPad 4. In addition, he also said iPad 5 will adopt the edge-to-edge design, similar to iPad mini. And because the border is getting narrower, the unconscious palm touch to the edge of the tablet will be ignored automatically by the device to avoid mis-operating, just like that of iPad mini.
iPad 5
Kuo also predicted that Apple may release the next 9.7" iPad tablet in the third quarter of 2013. This seems to be different from the recent rumors that a lot of people think iPad 5 will appear in March, and iPad 4, just six months after the current generation of iPhone, meeting the product update rule exactly.

Last year, Kuo has accurate prediction on the new iPad device release in the end of 2012. At that time, the prediction seemed to be very incredible, because Apple just released the new iPad in March and previously Apple never had a precedent to release two generations of a product in a year. But in October, Apple really released fourth generation of iPad with Lightning interface and A6X processor, which really surprised the world.
Apple product line
Kuo also suggested that Apple will release a new iPad mini with the Retina Display screen, with screen resolution up to 2048 x1536, just like the 9.7" tablet, which no doubt would bring higher pixel density. This would improve compatibility of third party.

Another piece of news suggested that Apple may release this year a TV product, while Kuo didn’t think so. In his view, the new product list of this quarter will also include Apple TV set-top box. But for the Apple HD TV, according to his prediction, we may still need to wait at least until 2014.

The upcoming Xbox 720 and PS4 rumored to be priced no more than $400

In 2013, many people are expecting for the arrival of June. The annual E3 exhibition in Los Angles always attracts great attention worldwide. It is also the right time that Microsoft and Sony would announce their next-gen game consoles. There’re analysts saying that the upcoming Xbox 720 and PS4 game consoles would be priced between $350 and $400.
Xbox 720
GameIndustry.biz talked with analyst Colin Sebastian, analyst of Baird Equity Research, at this year's CES, who indicated that the Xbox 720 and PS4 might be priced between between $350 and $400. Gamesindustry International reported that Sebastian has talked to several different electronic game developing companies to get the conclusion about the price of the upcoming game consoles. He also predicted that the next generation of Xbox would be available in market in November while the PS4 might get street released in October or earlier.

Sebastian also suggested that the next game consoles would adopt the existing PC accessories, including Intel chipset. He mentioned that such design on Xbox 720 would make it more convenient for Microsoft to consolidate the next Xbox, Windows 8 and Windows Phone devices. As for the specs of the next Xbox, Xbox World said that the new Xbox would come with quad-core processor, 8GB RAM and the second generation of Kinect somatosensory.

A CES 2013 picture leaked the 4.99 inch, 1080p panel Samsung Galaxy S IV to be released on Q1

The CES 2013 has been lasted for days. Samsung has no plan to release its next generation of Android smartphone flagship, the Galaxy S IV. But a picture taken of a wall display at the CES 2013 has showed people a brief introduction about the upcoming flagship.
Samsung Galaxy S 4
The picture shows people quite a lot of information regarding on the Galaxy S IV, including: different Samsung smartphones and models, screen resolution, screen density and release date. As from the picture, Samsung's AMOLED screen starts with a 210ppi 3.97 inch WVGA screen from 2010 to today's 4.99 inch 1080p screen with a 440ppi pixel density. We could easily get that the Samsung Galaxy S IV would feature a 4.99" FHD (1920x1080 pixels) screen with 440ppi, which means watching HD movies on Galaxy S 4 would no doubt be a great leisure.

Some people may worry that such large screen display might consume more power. According to the reports from Korean manufacture, a new revision to the material used on AMOLED screens is supposed to result in 25% power savings. Also, a low power mode could ring up another 47% in power savings. With the FHD panel being the successor to the 5.5 inch screen on the Samsung GALAXY Note II, which itself uses an RGB matrix, the Samsung Galaxy S IV could do away with the PenTile display seen on the Samsung Galaxy S III. That would seem to contradict what Samsung's Samsung USA's Philip Berne said at CTIA last year when he stated that Samsung went with a PenTile display on the 4.8 inch Samsung Galaxy S III because AMOLED screens have better longevity with a PenTile display.

As for the camera, this new smartphone comes with dual cameras, 8MP main camera on the back and 2MP front camera, similar to Galaxy S II, but gets improved in shutter speed (0 delay, as reported). 8GB phone memory storage with up to 64GB memory expandable provides enough space for users.
Galaxy S II Plus black
The new features in the S II Plus are the 1.2GHz dual-core processor upgrade and the latest version of Android, 4.1.2 Jelly Bean. Huawei 6.1-inch Ascend Mate released with 720P screen and Android 4.1 Jelly Bean

Ever since last November, there’s rumor about the crossing-band 6.1” Huawei Ascend Mate smartphone to compete with Samsung Galaxy Note II. Now, finally, on CES 2013, Huawei officially released this brand new smartphone to public. But if you concern more about higher definition screen display, you might get a little bit disappointed on the Ascend Mate, as the released Ascend Mate only features a 1280*720 pixels screen resolution, not the 1080P screen as leaked before. Yet, the 720P screen leaked still produces excellent visual experience for you to watch HD movies on Ascend Mate.
Huawei Ascend Mate

Apple iPhone 5S Rumored to Out in June in Both Higher- and Low-end Models

The Apple iPhone has been widely welcomed in the world for its wonderful design and excellent performance. The rumors about the iPhone 5S (or iPhone 6) have been going on for a long time. Recently there’s rumor indicating that Apple is preparing one or more new iPhone models for 2013 release. In a report for investors, CanaccordGenuity’s analyst T. Michael Walkley, courtesy of BGR, claimed that the iPhone 5 has got strong holiday market desire, which might help Apple to sell more than 1.72 million iPhones in 2013. Meanwhile, Walkley indicates that Apple might push out new higher-end iPhone and a low-end model in some time in June.
iPhone 5S
Walkley believes that Apple could launch the iPhone 6 by June and could also introduce a cheaper iPhone to compete in markets like China and Eastern Europe. The higher-end iPhone 6 will, according to Walkley, arrive with a 4-inch display just like the screen on the iPhone 5. Walkley’s beliefs fall in line with previous remarks from Topeka Capital Markets analyst Brian White and Jefferies analyst Peter Misek who believe that Apple will bump up the release date of the iPhone 6 to the summer instead of during the fall. White and Misek believe that Apple will introduce new colors for the iPhone, that will complement both the white and black that are already available. New colors could include blue, pink, yellow, white and silver according to White.

Apple has never offered an iPhone with multiple screen size options. Customers at the moment have a choice due to the fact that the iPhone 5 sports a 4-inch display and the iPhone 4S, iPhone 4 and iPhone 3GS all have 3.5-inch displays. With the iPhone 6, Apple may be looking to offer multiple screen sizes from the start. No exact sizes have been mentioned though Walkley believes the phone will be for emerging markets which likely means a smaller display.
