Well, here I have to remind you circle September 5th on your calendar right now, in case of missing some important events regarding telecommunication industry. Why? Previously, I have written a post which indicated the first Nokia Windows Phone 8 Smartphone Is Coming on September 5th, and now, there seems to be more interesting for that day: the long anticipated Motorola Droid RAZR HD is rumored to be scheduled for release on a September 5th event by Motorola and Verizon. If this report proves to be true, don’t you think it’s enough for you to mark this date?

Motorola together with Verizon has just sent invitations for an event on September 5th event held in the Big Apple. Taking the latest news about Motorola and Verizon, we can think that the Motorola Droid RAZR HD might be the main topic on the upcoming event. On the invitation, there wrote “Motorola. As reports and rumors go, the upcoming Motorola Droid RAZR HD comes with a 4.6 inch LCD display with resolution of 720 x 1280, producing a pixel density of 319ppi. Is that the meaning of “On Display” on the invitation? Maybe. As for its hardware configuration, the Droid RAZR HD is said to feature a dual-core 1.5GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon S4 MSM8960 processor with 1GB of RAM. Also, there will be a microSD slot on the unit along with an 8MP camera on back and a sub front shooter. With 4G LTE connectivity, the 2530mAh battery might leave the lights on all day, and then some. For the operating system, the new smartphone is said to feature Android 4.0.4, not the latest Android 4.1 Jelly Bean. The price of Motorola Droid RAZR HD is still to be confirmed.

Should the Motorola Droid RAZR HD be released on the event, one thing is for sure that we could get to know the detailed date and plan about the release of this new phone. So, let’s just circle the calendar and wait for the official launch of the event. Stay tuned for more information.
